Blackpool Community Safety and Drugs Partnership, Bsafe Blackpool, adopts a mulit-agency approach to provide drug treatment and support services to reduce the harm caused by illicit drug use to drug users, their families and carers and the wider community, through the following strands of work:

1.	Preventing young people from becoming drug misusers;		Get into treatment in Blackpool - under 19s. Find out more about services for under 19 year olds and their families and carers
2.	Increasing the number of individuals accessing effective drug treatment;		Get into Adult treatment in Blackpool: including treatment options and support for families and carers. Find out more about how we develop local treatment and services for adults, their carers and dependents.
3.	Reducing Drug-Related Harms;

		reducing drug related deaths through harm minimisation	Harm Minimisation and Drug Related Deaths
		Needle/syringe find reporting:	If you see or find a used needle or syringe please report it so it can be removed.
4.	Reducing the supply of illegal drugs;		Still in development.
