Blackpool Community Safety and Drugs Partnership, Bsafe Blackpool, adopts a mulit-agency approach to provide drug treatment and support services to reduce the harm caused by illicit drug use to drug users, their families and carers and the wider community, through the following strands of work:

1. Preventing young people from becoming drug misusers;
