Chief Superintendent Richard Debicki at Blackpool Police is the Deputy Chair of BSafe Blackpool.

Chief Superintendent Richard Debicki was appointed to the role of Divisional Commander for the Western Division of Lancashire Constabulary in July 2009. In this role he has responsibility for the overall command of the Division, which covers Blackpool and the South Fylde coast.
He joined Lancashire Constabulary in 1993 and began his career on foot patrol in Blackpool, he held the position of Operations Manager for the Division for two and a half years.
Chief Superintendent Debicki said: "Working in partnership has had a proven track record in bringing about huge reductions in burglary and vehicle crime over the last few years and the potential for further collaboration to achieve similar results against anti-social behaviour and violent crime is huge."
