The National Drug Strategy

The National Drug Strategy is a cross-Government programme of policies and interventions that concentrate on the most dangerous drugs, the most damaged communities and the problematic drug users, who cause the most harm to themselves, their families and their communities. The Strategy comprises four strands of work:

1. Preventing young people from becoming drug misusers;

Get into treatment in Blackpool - under 19s.

2. Increasing the number of individuals accessing effective drug treatment;

Needle/syringe find reporting:

If you see or find a used needle or syringe please report it so it can be removed.

Drugline offer a Family Support Service, providing support to families, friends and those affected by a loved one's substance misuse.

‘Kicking It’ - Blackpool Service Users’ Group – meets every Tuesday at 1pm at Drugline, 102 Dickson Road. All welcome.
