How to get into treatment in Blackpool – under 19s
- Young people can refer themselves by ringing us direct on Blackpool 476010
or
- Anyone can refer a young person into service, but they must have the young person’s consent.
- Fill in a form available from the phone number below or phone in and it can be done over phone
- The young person will allocated the keyworker most able to help with their circumstances
- The young person will be contacted by the keyworker in the way that they have chosen e.g. by text, letter or phone with an appointment date.
- At their first appointment the keyworker will talk things through with them and together will agree a way forward.
